easy check in roomy bathroom wonderful massage
The bellman greeted us upon arrival. The check in process was easy. Everyone at the hotel seemed friendly. The room was large. The bathroom was also very roomy. I enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa and my husband used the gym, he found it to be the best one on our trip.

I enjoyed a three-night stay. Breakfast offered amazing choices and high quality. The outdoor terrace provided a lovely spot for an apéritif.. The gym offered a clean and well-equipped space for workouts.
The check-in felt impersonal, though the staff handled it professionally, it lacked the warm welcome I anticipated. A warmer initial greeting would have enhanced the experience.

my room included a desk and a comfortable chair , good for catching up on correspondence. the bathroom had heated towel rails , a feature i always appreciate. i found the blackout curtains effective , ensuring a good night's sleep.
the room service menu felt limited , without many choices i liked. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the room , the desk had a noticeable scratch. the noise from the street was occasionally audible , despite the double glazing.
